Siamaya Chocolate will use different shipping companies for shipping in Thailand, such as but not limited to Kerry Express, SCG Express, and Nim Express. We deliver to all of Thailand, at a flat rate of 99 baht, regardless of the weight. Orders can be picked up at our shop in Chiang Mai for free.

Orders that have been paid before 2PM will be shipped the same day. We do NOT ship in weekends and on public holidays. Delivery time is depending on your destination:

• Chiang Mai and Bangkok Metropolitan Region will per standard receive the package in 1-2 business day (shipments on Monday are expected to arrive  Tuesday or Wednesday. Shipments on Friday are expected to arrive  Saturday or Monday, etc.).
• Other provinces will per standard receive the package in 2-4 business days (shipments on Monday are expected to arrive Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Shipments on Friday are expected to arrive on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, etc.).
• Remote areas (such as island and mountain destinations) will receive the package in 3-5 business days (shipments on Monday will earliest arrive the coming Thursday. Shipments on Friday will earliest arrive the coming Tuesday, etc.).

Pick Up at our Store

If you live in Chiang Mai (or you are passing by for holidays), you can place an order on our website and pick it up at our store. This way, you are 100% sure your product is booked and will not be purchased by another customer before you arrive. Make sure to check our opening days and opening hours before you come.

Shipping outside Thailand

If you wish to receive products, but you live outside Thailand, please contact us directly on one of our points of contact, to arrange the delivery. We will give you a quote on the total value of your shipment including international shipping, and if approved by you, send the package using international shipping companies such as, but not limited to, DHL Express.
